I am married to Jane and have two  great children Laura and Robert who are twins. I have lived all my life in London and have spent over 30 years working in Retail and Commercial banking in the UK and overseas .

I’ve known Tony and Rohan also for over 30 years and have played cricket with both of them. I enjoy all sports and am an avid  Tottenham Hotspur fan.

I’ve been a frequent traveller to the region where I fell in love with Sri Lanka for its beauty and the kindness of its people. I am delighted to be one of the trustees and I am  working with my fellow trustees to make a significant difference to the lives of as  many children as possible.
